- Please take note that S$30 is collected as an application fee to book your slot. The payable course fee has to be paid during the first day of class.
- $30 application fee will be forfeited in the event of class withdrawal or failure to complete the programme.
- Any class transfer request will be subject to an additional $30 application fee.
- Make up class needs to be for genuine reasons and is subject to availability at BELLS discretion.
